Message	My speedo gets stuck sometimes, but I know what gear and engine speed I'm at, I can accurately estimate my speed. You may have a decent defense. You repaired the car same day from a known issue. While you were waiting for parts you had to drive your car to work. You were being passed and not passing, so you thought you were OK. I'd also find out how you were tagged. If its laser/radar, you can find out the gun being used, and find out when the trooper last recieved training on gun operation.
